You will be responsible for preparing customs declarations and related documentation for all types of customs procedures. In your day-to-day activities, you will communicate with both customs authorities and clients, for whom you will also act as a customs clearance consultant. When necessary, you will also participate in customs inspections.
The main objective of CJZ Zelinka Romania S.R.L. (as part of the Celní jednatelství Zelinka s.r.o. group of companies) is to provide high-quality services, as well as to ensure the satisfaction of our employees in the workplace.
Our company has been present on the Czech market for over 20 years. We handle customs document processing in 7 branches in the Czech Republic and 18 branches abroad, including in Bucharest, Szczecin, and Manchester. Our clients include companies that export or import goods to/from the European Union, and our role is to support them in communicating with customs authorities, as well as to offer other services related to international trade.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
At least secondary studies completed.
Knowledge and experience in customs procedures.
The ability to work with a PC and knowledge of MS Excel.
In our company, you will certainly encounter emails in English, which is why knowledge of English is necessary at least at a written level.
A Category B driving licence is required as the position involves travel to customs offices.
You should be communicative, punctual, flexible and precise – precision is essential in our company.
You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
