In CJZ you will work intensively mainly on PC, since all communication with carriers, suppliers, and authorities takes place electronically. With us, you can therefore learn how to issue customs documents and become an expert in customs procedures, even if you have never heard of customs issues before – we are happy to welcome a colleague with experience in the field among us, but we are also happy to teach you everything from scratch!

At the Zelinka Customs Agency, your job will involve handling customs systems, carrying out export, import, and transit (T1) clearance procedures, efficient mail communication with carriers, suppliers, and authorities, maintaining order in customs documentation by compiling and verifying documents, and providing ongoing support to the team in handling customs declarations and information flow. We are looking for both experienced employees with a record of working as customs agents and individuals starting their careers in the customs law field who have a solid opportunity to be included in the list of customs agents.

You will be responsible for drawing up customs declarations and related documentation for all types of customs procedures. In your day-to-day work, you will communicate with both the customs authorities and clients, for whom you will also act as a customs consultant. When necessary, you will also take part in customs inspections.

Due to increasing customer demand, we wish to strengthen our team at our newly opened branch in Koper with a customs declarant. You will be responsible for preparing customs declarations and accompanying documentation for all types of customs procedures (currently, container procedures are the most common). You will communicate daily with customs authorities and with clients, to whom you will also provide advice on customs clearance matters. Where necessary, you will also participate in customs inspections.
