Administrative Officer / Customs Declarant

At the Zelinka Customs Office, we care about the quality of the services we provide, but we also want our employees to be satisfied at work.
Our company, which has been on the Czech market for more than 25 years, processes customs documentation at 7 Czech and 15 foreign offices from Bucharest, Romania, to Szczecin, Poland, to Manchester, UK, so we are no longer a small company. Our customers include companies that export or import goods from/to the EU and we assist them in communicating with customs and provide other services in connection with foreign trade.

HOW DO WE PICTURE YOU?
At least you have secondary education with a high school diploma.
You know how to use a computer and you're no stranger to MS Excel.
You will certainly meet us with communication in AJ, so knowledge of AJ is an advantage at least written forms of AJ.
If you have Group B driving licence, so it's a big advantage for us, but certainly not a necessity.
You don't lack qualities like communicative, punctual, flexible and precise - and we really need it here.
You like to work alone, but have no problem working in a team.

WHAT WOULD YOUR TEAM BE LIKE?
Manager Karla has over 25 years of experience in the field of customs and transport, so she is truly an expert in the right place. You will be welcomed into the team by 12 other colleagues who you will work with on a daily basis
cooperate and communicate, everyone works on their own cases, but they are all very willing to help and advise each other.
