Customs declaration services

Our company provides especially the following customs declaration services:

1. Securing customs debts:

  • Securing customs debts through individual surety bonds (securing customs debts for single customs operations) for operations under other than the transit regime – we offer this form of securing customs debts in the case of direct representation of your company in customs proceedings, and if the company deals with customs proceedings directly or through another direct representative in customs proceedings.

2. Professional performance of customs declaration services by our customs agents:

  • Preparation and processing of documentation for customs proceedings:
    • Preparation and processing of written customs declarations proposing the release of goods under other than transit regimes (JSD);
    • Preparation and processing of written customs declarations proposing the release of goods under the common transit regime or the Community transit regime (T1, T2, etc.);
    • Possibility of issuing customs declarations for the release of goods under the common transit regime or the Community transit regime without dealing with the customs office (outside the customs office business hours) based on a permission for a simplified procedure – approved dispatcher. Our company makes full use of the NCTS system – electronic customs proceedings for the release of goods under the common transit regime.
    • Preparation and processing of written customs declarations in forms determined by individual international agreements (TIR, ATA, etc.);
    • Preparation of complete documentation for the export from regimes with economic impact, including the preparation of export invoices;
    • Preparation of documentation for obtaining certificates of the origin of goods (EUR 1, FORM A, etc.);
    • Preparation ad processing of customs value declaration;
  • Representation in customs proceedings before customs authorities, i.e. filing customs declarations at the relevant customs office, receipt of decisions in customs proceedings and other documents issued by customs authorities in connection with customs proceedings (decisions, invitations, notices, etc.);
  • Keeping records for regimes with economic impact (import records files, depreciations, closure of import records) using special software tools:
    • Possible preparation of complete documentation for the export from regimes with economic impact, including the preparation of export invoices;
    • Complete records for the active finishing regime;
    • Calculation of values of depreciated material for customs purposes;
    • Verification of the origin of individual components for declaring preferences for the export of products;
    • Records of added Czech goods (if a particular product type is purchased both, locally and abroad) – we use a program specially adapted for us, which allows us to work with Czech goods, indicate its use during the processing and separate these goods for issuing correct customs documents without having to obtain price listing from the client;
  • Keeping complete records for simplified procedures in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the customs office:
    • Preparation and processing of simplified customs declarations and additional customs declarations;
    • Keeping records of shipments delivered under the transit regime to an approved recipient, keeping records of transit operations carried out by an approved dispatcher, keeping records of simplified customs declarations under which import or export operations were carried out in connection with a simplified procedure for the release of goods under the proposed regime (export, free circulation, etc.);
    • Electronic (e-mail, VAN operator, NCTS) filing of simplified customs declarations and other materials specified in the permission for a simplified procedure by the customs office;
  • Representation in customs proceedings before customs authorities, i.e. filing customs declarations at the relevant customs office, receipt of decisions in customs proceedings and other documents issued by customs authorities in connection with customs proceedings (decisions, invitations, notices, etc.);
  • Keeping records for regimes with economic impact (import records files, depreciations, closure of import records) using special software tools;
  • Receipt of documentation for customs proceedings from clients and handover of closed cases to clients in the client’s office;
  • Business hours from Monday to Friday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.;
  • And other services according to client’s individual requirements.
