At the Zelinka Customs Agency, your job will involve handling customs systems, carrying out export, import, and transit (T1) clearance procedures, efficient mail communication with carriers, suppliers, and authorities, maintaining order in customs documentation by compiling and verifying documents, and providing ongoing support to the team in handling customs declarations and information flow. We are looking for both experienced employees with a record of working as customs agents and individuals starting their careers in the customs law field who have a solid opportunity to be included in the list of customs agents.

Our clients are companies that export or import goods to or from the EU, and we help them communicate with customs authorities and provide other services related to foreign trade.

How do we imagine you?
Posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie logistyki, zarządzania, inżynierii produkcji, materiałoznawstwa lub kierunków pokrewnych. Mile widziane jest posiadanie wpisu na listę agentów celnych.
Do you know how to use a computer? and you are familiar with MS Excel.
If you know Conversational English, you will be able to effectively cooperate with international companies, handling emails and documents.
For occasional trips to the customs office, it is necessary to have Category B driving licence.
Are you lacking in qualities such as: Communicativeness, punctuality, availability, and accuracy — which is key for us.
