Administrative Worker / Customs Declarant

At Zelinka Customs Agency, our main concern is that the services we provide are of high quality, but also that our employees are happy in their work.

Our company, which has been operating in the Czech market for over 25 years, handles customs documentation at 7 Czech and 17 foreign branches, from Bucharest in Romania, via Szczecin in Poland, to Manchester in the UK, so we are no longer a small company. Our clients include companies that export or import goods to/from the EU, and we assist them in their communication with customs authorities and provide other services related to foreign trade.

How do we imagine you?
At least you have Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate.
Do you know how to use a computer? and you're no stranger to MS Excel.
You will definitely encounter communication in English with us, which is an advantage Knowledge of written English at least.
You don't lack qualities like communicative, punctual, flexible and precise - and we really need it here.

You like working alone, but you don't have a problem working in a team, and our team is cheerful and diverse, which you'll easily notice in our open-plan office.

What would your team be? 
Our leader, Jirka, has over 25 years of experience in customs matters, making him a true expert in his field. You'll be welcomed to the team by 20 colleagues, with whom you'll collaborate and communicate daily. While everyone works on their own cases, they are all very willing to advise and help each other.
