At Zelinka Customs Agency, our primary focus is on the quality of the services we provide. We also aim for our employees to find satisfaction in their work. Our company has been established on the Czech market for over 25 years, and we prepare customs documentation in 7 Czech and 15 foreign branches, spread from Bucharest, through Budapest, Bratislava, and Szczecin, all the way to Manchester in the United Kingdom. Therefore, we ceased to be a small, local company a long time ago.
Our clients are companies that export or import goods to or from the EU, and we help them communicate with customs authorities and provide other services related to foreign trade.

What awaits you with us?
At Zelinka Customs Agency, your duties will involve operating customs systems, processing export, import, and transit (T1) customs clearances, conducting efficient email correspondence with carriers, suppliers, and authorities, maintaining accurate customs documentation through completion and verification, and providing ongoing support to the team in managing customs declarations and information flow. We are seeking both experienced professionals registered on the customs agents list and individuals new to the field who are eager to develop their careers in customs law.
How do we imagine you?
You have at least secondary education with a matriculation exam, Higher education in logistics, management, production engineering, materials science, or related fields is also welcome.
Do you know how to use a computer? and you are familiar with MS Excel.
If you know Conversational English, you will be able to effectively cooperate with international companies, handling emails and documents.
For occasional trips to the customs office, it is necessary to have Category B driving licence.
Are you lacking in qualities such as: Communicativeness, punctuality, availability, and accuracy — which is key for us.
You value working independently, but you also thrive in a team environment.
